Mental Health Resources

Attending college is all about experiencing new things, dealing with changes, and facing challenges. All this can be exciting, but it can also result in a good deal of stress. It is not uncommon that students will feel stressed, sad, or homesick during their studies in the US, so it is important to make sure you find ways to manage these feelings. Remember that your mental health is just as important as your physical health!
